Carmen's henchman. He's the metal expert. He is known for Hijacking ore shipments, robbing steel mills, and burglarizing foundries. Al Loy earned a Ph.D. in metallurgy while in prison. Also in "A Date With Carmen Part 1".

Zack gets his hands on Paul Revere's horseshoe so Carmen and Company travel back in time and try to steal it again. The first horseshoe and the one just stolen merge into one... kind of like the two Carmens and Mason Dixons in "Timing is Everything"

- 1752 Whitechapel Bell Foundry, Carmen Sandiego and henchpeople Pearl Diver and Al Loy attempt to steal the Liberty Bell. Recovery of Paul Revere's horseshoe.
- Boston, Massachusetts Colony
- April 18, 1775. Paul Revere's barn. Carmen Sandiego and henchmen Pearl Diver and Al Loy attempt to steal Paul Revere's horseshoe again but are stopped by Ivy and Zack. Zack steals Carmen's chronochip.

- Present day. Acme's chrono-skimmer is stolen at the Liberty Bell.
