Carmen Sandiego's plane goes down in the Himalayas. She is assumed dead and the Chief can't handle it. Carmen left three clues to her final caper. The VILE agent who figures them out becomes the new head of VILE. Zack and Ivy figure out the clues and find out Carmen is alive. She wanted to see who would be her successor. Tons of cameos from VILE agents and a couple of ACME agents in this one.

- Moe Skeeter and Lars Vegas are captured by Zack and Ivy while attempting to steal Leonardo da Vinci's "The Last Supper" from Santa Maria Delle Grazie Monastery.

- Sara Bellum is captured by Zack and Ivy while attempting to steal Neil Armstrong's footprints.
