Carmen: "Timing is everything."

I can't stop my computer from crashing when I run into too much Java on the Net while her computer talks.

Computer: "You have ten seconds, Carmen."

The Russians think they have Carmen cornered, ha!

Guard: "Give up when you're ready, Carmen. Time is on our side."
Carmen: "Wrong, gentlemen [in Russian]. Time is on my side."

Carmen drops hints to the Player.

Player: "I'll find out what you're up to, Carmen, and shut you down for good."
Carmen: "Impossible Player, because now I'm off to steal something that doesn't even exist. And you'll never catch me in time."

A curator lectures school children taking the museum tour.

Curator: "Henry Wadsworth Longfellow once wrote this famous poem about Paul Revere, 'Listen my children, and you shall hear of the midnight ride of Paul Revere. On the 18th of April of '75 hardly a man is now alive who remembers that famous day and year...'"

Zack and Ivy catch Sarah Bellum at Fenway.

Zack: "Is she ok?"
Ivy: "She won't be slam dancing for a while, but she's fine."

What's Carmen up to now you ask. Well...

Ivy: "Zack, didn't Einstein believe that if something was able to go at an extremely high speed, like say the speed of light..."
Zack: "That it would get real heavy and time would even slow down. Yeah, that's part of his famous 'Theory of Relativity'. So?"
Ivy: "So? What if Professor Sarah Bellum used the research and found a way to break the speed of light?"
Zack: "Impossible. I mean, if she did that Carmen could actually travel through...time. Whoa! Carmen has figured out how to time travel! Ivy, look!"
Ivy: "Sarah Bellum was using this to monitor her crime spree through history."

Zack and Ivy are given the chrono-skimmer.

Chief: "Actually, coppers, CrimeNet has suspected Carmen might try something like this for quite some time."
Zack: "What?"
Ivy: "Why didn't you tell us?"
Chief: "I couldn't..."
Zack and Ivy: "Tell you, it's top secret."
Chief: "Right you are. I give you Acme's newest secret weapon against time crime, the chrono-skimmer. I named it myself. You just punch in a date and destination and...crikey, that's where you'll end up."

Zack is nervous about trying the chrono-skimmer out.

Zack: "Hey look Chief, if you think I'm going hip-hopping through the ages with this...this oversized garage door opener you're..."

Ivy and Zack travel through time to 1775.

Ivy: "The chrono-skimmer works! We've gone back in time, Zack!"
Zack: "This is really Boston, 1775?"
Ivy: "Huh?"
Red Coat: "Colonial rebels! Seize them!"
Ivy: "Run! Well, believe it little bro. We're about to join the American Revolution."

Zack and Ivy do not make a good first impression on Paul Revere.

Paul Revere: "Who are you? What are you? Witches? Are you witches?"
Zack: "Dude. We're definitely not witches. But she can throw some pretty major attitude, full moon or no."
Ivy: "Zack!"

The Chief forwards a Carmen Clue to the detectives.

Ivy: "Great! A golf ball and a tee...this is our clue?"
Zack: "There's a note. 'Find the missing link or never get off the ground.'"

Carmen literally takes off with the tea ships.

Carmen: "Sorry to break up your little tea party, detectives. Sayonara!"

Chief: "By 1773, Japan hadn't allowed a single foreigner into the country for 134 years. On the threat of death. No tourism board here."

Ivy: "If anyone from this era is a match for Carmen Sandiego it would be Ben Franklin."

What's worse than being stuck in time? The dreaded "To Be Continued"...

Zack: "It's no use, Ivy! By stealing Ben Franklin's key, Carmen stopped his research."
Ben Franklin: "Come back here this instant whoever you are!"
Zack: "And changed the development of all technology that came afterwards. C'mon, if we don't get that key back there will be no more computers. And without Acme's mainframe we'll be stuck in time forever!"
