Carmen: "I don't pick-up hitchhikers."

Carmen ditches Zack and Ivy.

Carmen: "Enjoy the Sahara sunrise, kids. I understand it's spectacular from the top of the Sphinx."

Lee Jordan on the scene.

Carmen: "Well, well, well. Acme's own 'Indiana Jones' is on the case."

Lee Jordan rescues Ivy.

Lee: "What's a smart detective like you hanging around a place like this anyway?"
Ivy: "Don't be cute. If you're gonna help me, help!"
Carmen: "Now's not the time for us to trade skills, fly boy. We'll meet again."

Ivy doesn't like him.

Lee: "Ha-ha-ha. Lee Jordan. So tell me, what do you think of me so far?"
Ivy: "Oh, brother."

Carmen and the Player's opening barbs.

Player: "Lee Jordan is the best detective in the history of Acme. Your days are numbered now, Carmen."
Carmen: "Correction, Player. I was the greatest detective in the history of Acme. And I'm about to teach him a trick or two. If he is as willing to follow my lead as I think."

When making fun of someone make sure they aren't around.

Zack: "Ivy, check this out. Lee Jordan solved over a hundred cases in the last four years. This guy's incredibly amazing."
Ivy: "And that's exactly what he'll tell you if you just happen to ask, 'How are you today, Lee?' [As Lee] 'Why, I'm incredibly amazing.'"
Lee: "Good impersonation. But I would have said, 'I'm incredibly amazing. And how are you?'"

Lee Jordan caught Carmen once.

Zack: "Whoa! Lee, your record says you once captured Carmen in Morocco."
Lee: "Yeah, I did. I tracked her for three solid months, and then I caught her! And the local police botched it."
Zack: "But you caught her! I mean, once you've done that... it's it! It's everything. What do you do for a challenge after that?"
Lee: "Next time I catch her, it's gonna have a real different ending. That's all I know."

Ivy gets a new partner.

Chief: "Meet your new partner, Lee Jordan!"
Ivy: "What!? We've met."
Zack: "Ha-ha! Guess I'm out of here. He likes ya. Ha-ha."
[Zack kisses Ivy's cheek]
Ivy: "Brat."
Zack: "He-he-he."

Lee finds Carmen's hat.

Ivy: "Hmm... this is very strange."
Lee: "Oh yeah. What's strange?"
Ivy: "You in that hat for one thing."
Lee: "Flattery will get you everywhere. It must have fallen off when Carmen was fleeing."

Ivy figures out where Carmen is.

Lee: "Ivy I could kiss you!"
Ivy: "Dream on, Lee. I never kiss on the first case."

Lee corners Carmen in the Picasso Museum, Barcelona.

Lee: "So, you came looking for a masterpiece tonight, Carmen?"
Carmen: "Oh, I've got the masterpiece. But actually, I'm more interested in a work in progress."
Lee: "What's that mean?"
Carmen: "I think you already know, don't you Lee?"

Carmen saves Lee and Ivy.

Carmen: "Hang on for the ride of your lives, detectives."

Carmen shakes Ivy and Lee off her hovercraft.

Ivy: "We got her if we can open the canopy!"
Carmen: "Uh-uh-uh-uh! Looks like your stop's coming right now Ivy."

Carmen advice and her next clue.

Carmen: "Next time you take the metro, I suggest you ride in the train. Even with this clue it'll take an oracle to figure out what I'm up to."

Lee and Ivy fight.

Lee: "Oh! I can't believe you made me lose her!"
Ivy: "Excuse me, I made you lose her? This is my case. And I'll thank you to remember that."
Lee: "And you remember who's the only Acme detective that ever captured Carmen. All you have to do is help me find her. What I do after that... you're better off not having anything to do with."
Ivy: "I've got a bad feeling about this."

Lee is getting a little too involved in the case.

Lee: "Player, scan Carmen's early years at Acme."
Chief: "At age seventeen Carmen solved more cases than any detective ever."
Lee: "No! Bring up two more windows and cross check her first Acme case with her last heist. And cross reference all three stolen items again. I need more information! Scroll faster! I will find you!"
Ivy: "Lee?"
Lee: "Our next meeting will end very differently Carmen. I'm the best there ever was!"

Ivy remembers the response Lee got.

Ivy: "Zack, what does... [speaks Greek]... mean?"
Zack: "Ahh... it means something like red and lady temple something."
Ivy: "I knew it! Zack, I think Lee is the one who made that phone call and screwed up the Pentagon system."
Zack: "Why would he do that?"
Ivy: "We were hot on Carmen's trail, he wanted in on our case and needed you out! I need you right now little bro."

Lee catches up to Carmen at the Oracle at Delphi.

Carmen: "We meet again, Lee Jordan."
Lee: "The best meets the best, eh Carmen?

For anyone who has ever tried to catch Carmen Sandiego...

Carmen: "You're almost out of time, Lee."
Lee: "No, Carmen. It is time!"
Carmen: "You're good Lee, but I'm better. I always was, and I always will be. But look on the bright side... if you don't catch me, that challenge is still available to you. If you do catch me... why, what's left for you?"

Carmen captured? To be continued! Aargh!

Lee: "I got you."
Carmen: "No detective, I've got you!"
Chief: "To be continued... don't you hate it?"
