Iolani Palace Carmen and Hannah Lulu try to break into it on Friday the 13th. They are chased by Zack, Ivy, and Aileen and caught by HPD. Carmen keeps it for most of the episode but returns it to him as she leaps off of the Pali Lookout. Zack gives the charm to Hannah Lulu. Carmen Captured Carmen Sandiego is captured twice in one day! Once in front of Iolani Palace and again at the Pali Lookout. Aileen Acme detective from Hawaii who helps Zack and Ivy catch Carmen. Hannah Lulu The best alarm expert Carmen has. Very superstitious.
